Information about processing personal data.

I hereby declare that I have been informed that:

1. The Administrator of my personal data is Homeland Sp. z o. o.; ul. Gwiaździsta 64 nr 45/3; 53-413 Wrocław,
2. My personal data will be processed in compliance with Art. 6 (1)(a) of the General Ordinance on Data Protection, i.e. on the basis of my given consent;
3. The recipients of my personal data will be employees responsible for trade and marketing service;
4. My personal data will be retained by the Administrator until my personal consent for processing them is withdrawn;
5. I have the right to access my personal data, amend it, remove it, relocate it or limit its processing;
6. I have the right to withdraw my consent for processing of my personal data at any moment, notwithstanding the legality of processing done prior to such withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent shall be made in writing, at the Administrator’s email address: kontakt@home-land.pl
7. I have the right to issue complaints to proper supervisory bodies in regards to the processing of my personal data;
8. Sharing my personal data with the Administrator is completely voluntary;

   The Administrator does not use an automated decision-making system, nor uses profiling, as described in Art. 22 (1) and (4) of the General Ordinance on Data Protection
